It is a new solution to old problems: noise and variable pressure losses incurred while using traditional check valves.

The secret lies in SZUSTER system check valves unique design, which makes them silent and effective – probably the most reliable valves on the market

Application:

• waste water with fecal matter, rain waste water and industrial waste water

Requirements and tests:

• EN 12050-4, EN 12050-1 standards

Differentiating features:

• compact and simple design
• easy access to internal parts including balls
• possibility to locate the cover in a service position on two pins
• latest technology – patents pending (including a European patent)
• original shape

Benefits:

• full valve opening for flow velocity from 0.7m/s
• clearance for permanent parts requirement fulfilment (EN 12050-4, point 5.2) without forced ball vibration
• very silent operation and high endurance/reliability
• replaces elbows in pumping installations and eliminates one flange joint
